Please note, that all orders placed Monday through Thursday before 5 PM PDT time are shipped within 2-3 business days.
All orders placed on Friday and over the weekend before Sunday 5 PM PDT are shipped out the following business day.
Shipping Method
Our standard shipping method for our on-line customers is USPS:
- First Class Mail with Confirmation (1 items ONLY) - $3.95*
- Priority Mail- $5.50* (2-3 Businss day)
*PLEASE DO NOT USE THE UPS OPTION FOR YOUR ONLINE ORDER!
International Orders: We ship regular mail as priority mail is very expensive and cost more then the product. ($11.95). Please keep in mind that the postoffice sometimes takes their time and it could take up to two weeks. If you would like the product to get to your destination soon, please LET US KNOW.
For wholesale clients, our standard shipping method is UPS. Please make a note that UPS charges $5.00 for the wrong shipping address.

Return or Exchange Merchandise
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us! We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the SwellyBelly Maternity Belly Band.

We can only accept the return of merchandise in new, unworn and unwashed condition, and with a copy of the receipt. This includes postal time in transit, so be sure to mail your return in time for it to arrive in Encino, CA by the 14th day.
We can make no exceptions to this 14-day rule!
Nine Moons does not refund the cost of shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
Upon receipt, we will refund your account (within 14 days). If receipt is not available we will exchange the item, for the same price or less, or write you a Store Credit (write to us at info@shopninemoons.com).
